OTHER COMPANIES

The vast majority of content online about helicopter tours is by resellers and brokers and much of the imagery could be outdated from helicopter companies that no longer operate tours or no longer are in business.  There are some smaller companies that are not covered on this website that also offer helicopter tours which provide additional variety and options but may be limited in number of aircraft and flight times. All helicopter companies will fly the same FAA approved flight paths meaning the biggest differences between companies will not be the flight paths.

HOW MANY HELICOPTER COMPANIES ARE THERE?

There have been helicopter tours over the Grand Canyon for more than 6 decades. In that time many helicopter companies have come and gone with as many as 10 or more companies operating at the same time.  Today there are only two companies that do over 90% of the helicopter tours carrying close to a million passengers per year combined . We compare those companies to save you time and money.
